These Terms of Service govern access to and use of iSerpIntel, including our website, dashboards, reports, datasets, and related services.
iSerpIntel is operated by Lemon Code S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, company registration number 1025600048840. In these Terms, "iSerpIntel", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Lemon Code S.R.L.
1. Service overview
iSerpIntel provides affiliate SERP intelligence, visibility monitoring, datasets, reports, and related analytics for commercial users.
Our services may include free access, recurring subscriptions, one-time diagnostics, and custom or enterprise services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell the service unlawfully, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms.
4. Commercial terms
Paid access, plan limits, included features, and scope extensions are governed by the pricing, plan details, or commercial agreement accepted at the time of purchase.
Certain services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, while others may be sold as one-time reports, diagnostics, datasets, or custom deliverables.
Custom or enterprise services may be governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation applies to future renewal charges only. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or for services already delivered or made available.
Access to subscription services will generally continue until the end of the then-current paid billing period, unless suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
6. Refunds

Because iSerpIntel provides digital intelligence, reports, datasets, and related deliverables, purchases are generally non-refundable once the relevant service or first dataset has been made available.
7. Data and availability
We aim to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted access, or perfect completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources.
Market data, affiliate page data, search results, and competitor information may change over time, and iSerpIntel does not guarantee that all third-party information will remain current, complete, or error-free at all times.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, software, methodologies, reporting structures, and related materials remain the property of iSerpIntel or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use the service and its outputs for your internal business purposes, subject to any limits set by your plan or agreement, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, or commercially redistribute the service or its materials except as expressly permitted.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in misuse or fraud, or create risk for the platform, our business, or other users.
Where access is suspended or terminated due to your breach, misuse, fraud, or non-payment, no refund will be due except where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to the service
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
We may also update pricing, features, plan limits, and service scope, provided that such changes will not retroactively alter commitments already accepted for the current paid period unless required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iSerpIntel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss arising from reliance on third-party data, changes in search results, affiliate content changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
